Are you looking for a baby journal book to record your baby's milestones? Journaling can be a very therapeutic thing to do.   Here is a list of some journals that other parents have recommended and treasured.
  
I bought 'My baby's Journal' (the second journal on the list below) when my son was 4 months old.  I took it home and eagerly began recording the wonderful first few days of his life, but unfortunately that was where I stopped.   In those first few months of motherhood it seemed that was the last thing I wanted to use my precious time doing.  But I really do regret that now.  I so wished that I had made filling in this adorable journal a priority as I would love to have those moments recorded now.

I think the trick to using a journal well is to give yourself deadlines to fill it in and stick to them.  I sadly regret not being good at documenting.  Some of you may be more motivated to fill in a journal which gives you prompts such as 'My Baby's Journal'. This baby journal book guides you in ways that some may find helpful and others may find restrictive.  Maybe you are keener to learn about scrapbooking your baby's first year and this way choosing what you journal and how. 

Please be warned that if you are looking for a gift for a new parent a journal may be the perfect gift for some and quite overwhelming for others.
